Your Sim won’t always get pregnant the first try. If you don’t hear the lullaby the first time, try again. If you’re using the Silent Pregnancy add-on, choose WooHoo instead - the Try for Baby option won’t come up. You will also not hear the lullaby, even if your Sim is pregnant. Either wait to see if your Sim gets morning sickness, or use the Biological Clock (or a similar object like the Sim Blender) to check their pregnancy status.

Make sure the Sim you want to father the child is on the lot. (Invite them over with the phone, or use a custom teleporter like the SimBlender to summon them. ) Click on your teen Sim and select InTeenimater. . . . Click on My Biological Clock. A small alarm clock should spawn nearby. Click on the alarm clock. Select I Want a Baby With. . . , and then select the Sim who you want to father the child. The selected Sim will now be pregnant.

There are limitations to this method; even when “teens”, your Sims will always be treated as adults. They cannot go to school, sneak out, or do any actions that teens can do.

Hold down ⇧ Shift and click on a Sim. Choose Spawn. . . , and then find Tombstone of L and D. A tombstone will appear near your Sim. Hold ⇧ Shift, click on a Sim, and choose Spawn. . . . Search for Sim Modder. This will spawn an upright baby doll.

Don’t age both Sims down at once. You need a Sim on the lot to recover the other Sim.
