On Friday, Young took in a game between two of his former teams, the Nationals and Reds, looking significantly skinnier than we remember.

According to MLB.com, Young was the third heaviest player in MLB history. At 295 pounds, he ranked behind just Walter Young (320 pounds) and Jumbo Diaz (315 pounds).

In fact, Young’s transformation is so startling that he has to wear a hat with a piture of what he used to look like.

The “Ba-Co-N’ T-shirt is a nice touch, too.
