Dharmendra Singh died after being struck by a bullet during a wedding function in Khaundali, a town in the Agra district of Uttar Pradesh, in the early hours of Thursday morning, according to the Times of India. The newspaper reported that Singh’s family claimed the shooting was intentional, prompting police to arrest two people on murder charges.
